I seem to be seeing a memory issue with KMIA airport. Before upgrading to P3Dv5.1 I was getting 12 to 14 FPS on airport grounds in the simulator and now with 5.1 I'm getting 0.4 FPS. I have cleared the system Cache, R&R the scenery twice and triple checked all my CFG settings and Sim settings with no success. It remains at 0.4. At this point I'm totally clueless on what to else check since I've reduced Sim settings to bear minimum. All other installed scenery works fine as before with P3Dv5.0. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm running Windows 10 with 32 gigs of memory, Nvidia GeForce 1080 TI with 11 gigs and everything on SSD drives. I always use PMDG aircrafts.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I received your email and downloaded the "Non-PBR" scenery of KMIA.
I removed the existing 5.1 PBR version and installed the the NON-PBR version, oddly enough I'm getting the same results of 0.4FPS with that scenery as well. There's something else that might be affecting the FPS that drastically and it's only happening with KMIA while there's no issues with my other scenery files. Please let me know your thoughts on this issue.

I decided to run P3Dv5.1 without my usual addon's of Active Sky and Chase Plane activated. When I load up the KMIA scenery with my usual PMDG 737-8 I get a 0.5 FPS. Using the same scenario at the TJSJ Airport I get 45+ FPS. All very strange and mind boggling.

I have several FSDT Scenery along with GSX 2, Several Sim-Wings Anchorage Professional V5, Balearic Islands Professional V5, Fairbanks Professional V5, London Heathrow Professional V5, Mega Airport Frankfurt Professional V5, Mega Airport Barcelona Professional, Cologne-Bonn Professional - P3Dv5, Several UK2000 sceneries and Several Drzewiecki Design sceneries the list is long. I'm also using Chris Bell Design Black Marble add-ons.

Here are some screen captures of KMIA, Display settings and World settings. I also included a picture of EDDF "Frankfurt" Airport so you can notice the FPS on this location on the next post below. P3D is running without any add-ons activated.

Settings look good. Can you briefly disable 'black marble' and test? I haven't heard reports of issues on the past but I just want to get that discarded as an issue

Here's the latest:
I did as you suggested and completely removed all of the Black Marble scenery and ran the simulator. It brought my FPS up to 34FPS on the ground. With that in mind I removed the non-PBR scenery I previously installed and re-installed the original PBR version of KMIA. I then re-installed all the Black Marble software and ran the Simulator. I maintained a 28 - 32 FPS. In closing I believe that transition from P3Dv5.0 to P3Dv5.1 created the bottleneck in frame rates and once the add-ons were reinstalled everything normalized with Active Sky, Chase Plane and Self Loading Cargo activated.
Question still remains as to why was KMIA scenery the only one that was affected by this?
