No buildings in MIA for P3D V5

I have tried installing this multiple times and there are jet ways but zero buildings. Any ideas? I also never get a 'add KMIA' button when starting P3D after installing this scenery. Thanks

If you have KFLL, open the scenery configurator, and untick (exclude KMIA)
