Dynamic Lights at KSAN

Hello, upon arrival, I have a problem with dynamic lights - My aircraft (FSL320) remains totally dark while the AI Traffic is lit correctly. I have experienced this at several payware addons in P3Dv5. Someone gave a hint it has to do with PBR aircraft?
Anyway, it needs to be fixed.

Update: Doesn't have anything to do with arrival or departure - in both cases the aircraft remains dark.
