KFLL Frames with Sloped Runway

I bought the FLL scenery last night, and tried to do a flight this morning. The scenery is however unfortunately unusable due to low frames. The culprit seems to be the sloped runway elevation file. With the elevation file in the sim the frames are 2-3 upon touchdown or once the aircraft starts moving on the airport surfaces. With the elevation file out, the frames are 40-45, no other settings touched. Aircraft is the FSL A320.
Have no other problems with other LVFR scenery. I also have the MIA scenery out of the scenery library once I'm using FLL to avoid any conflict.
Unfortunately the scenery gets all messed up without the elevation file in the sim, however that file is definitely causing the issue.
Sim is P3DV5, Intel I6 6700K 4ghz, GTX1070 8GB, 16gb of Ram on Windows 10.
Is there another elevation file that can be used that doesn't cause this issue, and/or something else that I can try? With the way it is now the airport is not usable.

I'll take a picture. The file is the FLL_elevrwy.bgl file. Saw in other post you recommenced for the person to take it out.
The problem that happens is the runway textures for 10R/28L get blurry, and the retaining wall that is present around the runway is still there; so it looks really weird. Regardless of this, the scenery is much less interesting without the sloped runway, so I would rather work on the frames issue rather than the scenery getting messed up with the elevation file out of the sim. I've already gone through the manual.
The problem only happens when the wheels of the aircraft are on the ground. In the flare the frames are perfect, but once they touch the ground it's 1-2. Regardless of what runway I use, or taxiway I taxi on. Same goes for taking off, once the wheels leave the surface, the frames are perfect.

Hi, you definitely need those files. Have you tried with texture size at 1024x1024 if you don't get the same issue?

Hi.
The result is the same. By disabling all of the settings in the config and 1024 the frames are around 4-6. Still the same end result. Once I get airborne the frames are back to normal, touchdown back to 4-6.

Hello, I just emailed to request a copy for the non PBR version. I'm also having the same problem listed above. After landing on 28L, as soon as I got half way down the runway, my frames dropped from average of 30 FPS to 10-15! A slide show

Hi, it seems we are getting more reports of this issue than normal. Perhaps due to new software.
If you wish to try the non-PBR version email us to suppor(at)latinvfr.com
Will do some tests and let you all know.

Hi Ricardo,
Thanks for sending the PBR textures. Unfortunately, they did not have an impact on the overall sim - frame rates are really poor. I also tried disabling the 10R / 28L runway and still have sluggish performance.
I'm also getting weird blurries (top of the terminal where the gate numbers are) and reflective effects (on the jetways) as you can see in this screenshot.
