KFLL Still poor frame rates on final approch with LM P3dv5 HF2.

Ricardo,
OK fair enough, LM seem to have fixed the VRAM issue. I did another of my KMSY/KFLL flights where my KMSY takeoff roll FPS are 35-45 with all boxes checked in the config tool using a PMDG 737NG with texture set at 2048 and middle of the road display settings and 70% traffic
However once off the ground I switch to another profile that the average slider is set to less than 40% of its value and the textures set to 1024x1024, Fair weather and traffic settings at 35%. On final my VRAM climbs and stabilizes at 4.6 of 7.1 but my FPS take a dump from 28fps at 2 miles out to 14-16 once I am over shoreline and slowly from there it turns into a slideshow. I have disabled everything in the KFLL config tool and excluded KMIA which is also a LVFR product. My frame rates are locked at 30 in Nvidia control panel and P3d. I am running with the latest Nvidia 451s.... video drivers and the new Win10 version 2004. Oh and BTW I have built a new system with a 9700k CPU OC'd to 5.0 16GBDDR4 3200 Ram and a EVGA Nvidia 2070 Super GPU since my last KFLL post.
I dont seem to have this problem with other LVFR product. I just landed in SCEL with the PMDG 747-8 settings all display setting at least set to 50% and 2048 texture 70% traffic ASp3 weather engine and ASCA, and it was low CIGS and raining hard and it was a smooth approach all the way to the gate, not one single stutter.
I think that KFLL needs to be optimized more for approaches on the 28s. There seems to be something that is bogging the FPS down from the shoreline to to the gate. I dont know if it is the terminal or the slope in the runway. In fact speaking of the slope. Could you create a way for us to just land on a flat runway 10R/28L and see if that is the issue.
KFLL is amazing looking but it is the one of the last airports I want to SIM into.
Thanks for once again hearing me.
Randy
