Missing textures in KMIAv5.1 in P3Dv5

Hi, I get these content errors:
[error.236]
error=Texture "MIA_NORTHTERM3_S.DDS" failed to load (FE_REQUEST_STATUS==13)
[error.233]
error=Texture "GND_RWY_NOISE_METALLIC.DDS" failed to load (FE_REQUEST_STATUS==13)
And indeed both files are missing from:
E:\Prepar3D Addons\LatinVFR\Miami_KMIAv5\Texture
[error.236]
