TJSJ Concourse D Gates

Hey there I wanted to ask the developers if there is a way to remove the D “Blue Stair Gates” that are in place for the Regional flights. Ive been meaning to edit the airport in ADE for my VA to have some gates and fly out of there but I would like to know how to get this stairs removed first. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it!
