KFLL vram

Hi.
I have an issue with KFLL which seems to have occurred only since upgrading from 5.2 to 5.3 (and 5.3HF1UP1). I have a fairly high end system and run with most settings very high, which never gives me any issues. However, KFLL is now using 9.9Gb of my 10Gb of VRAM and causing CTDs.
I used to have no issues flying in or out of KFLL (PBR version), but I hadn’t used the airport for a few months. My flight was into KFLL and at about 10nm from the coast I had an out of memory error. After some trouble shooting, my conclusion is it’s the airport.
Removing all add-ons, I get 3-4gb of usage around Florida. With my add-ons it’s usually around 6-7 (this is with activesky running, FSLabs and ORBX vector etc). I run with frames unlocked, 60hz and half adaptive refresh rate. This gives a steady 30fps with few lags or stutters.
With LatnVFR Miami (with city active), I get a steady 6.7gb if usage. As soon as I load KFLL I get 8.8gb and then it climbs to 9.9gb. I dropped my textures from 4086 to 2028, but this made no difference. I’ve spent a week testing all my other add-on airports (over 300) and KFLL is the only one that causes this issue.
Any ideas or help?
