It can't be removed from the scenery library. I could remove it from the P3d Add-on folder and see what happens.

Anyway you can remove, and then you manually add can fix the problem.

Removing it from the P3d v5 Add-Ons folder seems to have done the trick.

Removing the trhe airport from thw Add-ons folder worked. Should the other LVFR airports be in that folder?

They should, but since you had issues with KBDL, leave KBDL as you did it and its working for you.
