P3Dv5 and LatinVFR sceneries (LEMD & KMIA)

Post by SIWY » Tue Apr 12, 2022 4:29 pm

Good day,
I have KMIA and LEMD for P3Dv5.
Installation goes well. But during loading scenery with default aircraft (F-35) bar is going to 100% and then P3D has crash.
the same issue with only KMIA installed and only LEMD installed.
Default scenery work well.
Do You know what can be wrong ?

Hi there! Would just like to add, KMIA is the only scenery I have ever needed to lower settings for. I have everything off except for City and Photo Scenery, leaving me with a very bland airport. The scenery seems to use very high VRAM and tends to CTD after takeoff due to maxing out. Are there any plans to better optimize KMIA, KFLL and LEMD? These 3 scenery's seem to be poorly optimized.

The problem was these airports were done with PBR in P3dv4. P3dv5 for some reason made PBR scenery performance sensitive.

You can download the non-PBR version of KMIA and LEMD that is available and is going to help.
