LEMD VRAM problem

Hello,
I just bought and installed the Madrid scenery.

When opening P3dV5 it gives me this error: see attached file.

I have read the manual and followed the instructions and so that this scenario does not error, I have to put the settings almost to default.

I have read in this forum the post: VRAM issues P3dv5, but do you think that my PC is a "mid to low range system"?

It is not a viable option to pay for something that to function you have to configure everything to the minimum as if you had a PC from 10 years ago.

Please give me a solution or refund my money.

Hi, please use the non-PBR version of LEMD, which is available under downloads. It will still have some elements PBR but, please try that and let us know.

Version non-PBR downloaded and installed. This version does not give the VRAM problem, but it is not what I bought. The first point of the features in your web is: "LEMD airport all buildings objects and ground polygons made from native PBR materials."

Then if this fetaure is not available, what solution do you propose?

Hi, the ground is PBR, the jetways too. Other than that, P3dv5 has been a major headache with the VRAM problems. This airport was advertised as such when we released it for P3dv4. We never expected that PBR would become an serious issue with p3dv5. That's why we offer the non-PBR version in p3dv5.

Then you must inform in the first point of the fetaures that this option is not available for P3dv5, so the consumer can decide if he wants to spend his money or not.

When downloading the purchased product, there are two versions. This is because one is already known to not work. Why is this not reported before or during the purchase?. I cannot understand a commercial policy that knowing that there is a known error, is not reported in the list of features.

I have already spent my money here and I see that this has no solution, but there is a solution for other clients to suffer this deception. Please be honest and report this issue on the product page.

It is obvius that this has been my first and last purchase of LatinVFR products.

In any case we have just added to the product page this:

"For P3dv5 there is the option of a non-PBR version due to VRAM issues with the PBR version of LEMD in P3dv5."

For me even the non PBR version is completley unusable. Whith Active Sky, ASCA and FSLabs A320 my GTX 1060 6GB runs out of VRAM right after loading. At other addon airports like Aerosoft EDDK or Flytama EHAM my usage is around 3 GB. Settings are set to recommended.

Really pissed, airport is compleatly unusable, 34€ for nothing. Definitly the last product i have ever purchase from LatinVFR
