I had this issue too and it turned out to be that the SODE Platform Manager was not activated. For anyone else that might come across this goto your C:\Program Files (x86)\12bPilot\SODE folder and run the "SODEPlatformManager.exe" file as administrator. Once it opens make sure it's registered and if not just click on the register button in the lower right.

I have the exact same problem as described in this thread and have tried everything discussed. Could you please email me the Crude Sode files you mentioned in the solution above so that I can try to fix it?
