Serial number not recognized

I am attempting to install KMIA in P3D V5 and the serial number emailed from my original purchase is not recognized. I then selected "View you order" from the email received which took me to the LVFR webpage that allows you to select "View serial number" as an option. I selected that button, which directed me to the My Account screen. Still no serial number shown. I did not have this issue when installing KMSY as the serial number on the original confirmation email was accepted. This was not the case with KMIA, which gave serial numbers for both FSX and P3D v4 versions. My order number is 1436. Could you please look into this and advise on a solution? Thanks!
