KMIA v5.1 for P3Dv5 Content Errors

Purely as an FYI, while troubleshooting another problem, I noticed some 'content errors' related to KMSY and KMIA after installing the v5 version in v5. Here they are:

For MIA, I think...

@RicardoLVFR these are from KEYW I think. I now have KMIA, KMSY and KEWY installed...again, just FYI - don't seem to be causing any problem...

Yes I happen to often look at that list and see those things pop up, but I hardly see any effect on the sim itself because of it. Thanks

I also get these errors...
- I removed the MSY issues by deleting the entrie in the sim.cfg, as there are no such models at all.

All the missing textures is a problem in my opinion..they are called by a model...so they have to be there.

- the RSW_TREES1 problem I solved by renaming a copy of the RTB_TREES...no idea if that is ok.
- but all the other textures should be provided.
