Dual runway texture with rain KMSY (P3DV5)

Hello, I recently purchased KMSY and am absolutely loving it. It looks phenomenal. However, I am having one issue. When the weather is rainy and the textures change, I am getting dual runway markings when looking at the runway from a shallow angle (sitting in the cockpit). If I move the camera upwards and look down at the runway they disappear and look perfect.

I do have dynamic reflections on, am using the most up to date version, SODE 1.8, and have no previous scenery here.
I did also make sure to install the effects fix.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

This is done in purpose to resemble the rain on the concrete/asphalt surfaces.
