Re: Fuel Imbalance
Just completed KSEA - KHLN in the Headwinds A330-900. Fuel balanced throughout flight. Only problem a/c did not start out following flight plan I inputted from World map (I love that the -200 inputs waypoints for me. The Headwinds A330 used to). However, once I did a direct to the next waypoint it p...

Re: Fuel Imbalance
Roger that. I have updated it (check daily, and with FBW and LFVR) but I wasn't paying attention to the FF when I flew it. I will fly it today and let you know.
I think after all this bug chasing I deserve an LFVR Test Pilot Certificate. I'll watch for it.

Re: Fuel Imbalance
I always turn on all pumps, apu, and shut down apu after engine start, etc. Now that I know it's not a bug I will experiment and see if I can figure it out. I wasn't having this problem a few weeks ago with this a/c, or any of the other AB's.
Thanks for your time and interest.

Re: Fuel Imbalance
So it's not the GE engines--just made a short flight as you requested--fuel was balanced for the whole flight. Something about starting at the gate apparently is the problem. Is that fixable? I don't necessarily have to start at the gate, end of the runway is ok, but I kind of like starting at the g...

Re: Fuel Imbalance
Yes, APU off.
I just had a perfect flight from KBOI to KSFO. Fuel was perfectly balanced from TO to Gate. I was using the RR engines. Apparently for me the GE engines are the culprit. Everything operational in this flight was the same as the others excepting the engines.

Re: Fuel Imbalance
Just flew KPHL - KORD. I used default livery, previous flights used American Airlines. I mention this because over the last six years (X-Plane 11 and MSFS 2020) I've had odd things happen apparently due to liveries. Got a fuel warning prior to taxi. Opened Sim weight/balance page and one tank had a ...

Re: Fuel Imbalance
I am going to try loading a lot more fuel--like 50% for a one hour flight. I expect the fuel usage to still be whacko but maybe the low fuel warning won't appear.

Re: Fuel Imbalance
Just completed KLAS - KSFO. Approx. 40 mins into flight on AP at FL360 Low Fuel warning illuminated. I selected Fuel screen, it showed rt main at 8k kg and left tank at 4k kg. This rate of use continued . I was solid instruments an an RNAV approach and got busy. When next I looked the situation had ...

Re: Fuel Imbalance
I was on autopilot basically the whole flight after takeoff. I have no fuel controls on my flight stick, or anywhere else. I can't think of a thing that I did or could have done that could have caused this. I had seen all the previous post about fuel imbalance and figured my incident was related--th...
