So i just tried with all ground services connected at start of flight, then I cranked the engines. A a certain point all ground services just disappear, which is fine, so the engines are the trigger. The issue is when you shut the engines off, nothing can be reconnected.

No, egines are shut down, ignition knob is centred so not on. Everything is shut down. It's funny, because I just bought you A340 it is suffers from the exact issue!

Just did some more testing. Stated at gate, all EFB ground services working perfectly! Switched engines on, still at the gate, then shut them off, waiting for everything to close down on the engines, EFB Ground services no longer working, still in the same position. Yeah we're all set, engines are cut, starter switches are off, parking brake is set. What's weird is that the cargo doors will always work, the exit doors will always work, but never the GPU, or stairs, or luggage. I feel like I'm missing Wheel chocks or some kind of script that means it wont work u...

Ok, i thought i'd sorted this, but no. I cannot for the live of me get ground services to connect via the EFB when landed in the a330-900. I can often request gate, cargo doors open, exits open, but stairs won't connect, GPU wont connect, stairs won't connect. What gives?

I just answered my own question. It was the flaps, i'd forgotten to retract the flaps before connecting to the gate, the efb wouldn't work while they were deployed

So a weird thing with the A330, I can get and connect all the ground services when I start my flight at the gate, but when I land and taxi to the gate, the EFB won't engage the jetway, or GPU, or 90% of it's features. Am I missing something with it's use?
