Will custom announcements be able to be made?

I just realized in Wet conditions this happened to me as well lol

I use P3D v5.

It's happening for me all over the airport. Spring/Summer season selected.

My settings are -
Level of Detail Radius - High
Tessellation Factor - High
Mesh Resolution - 2m
Texture Resolution - 7cm

I've had BWI installed for a while... Not sure when. I don't fly to/from there often, however, when I did yesterday this was noticed.

Also experiencing this as well... was it ever fixed?
