I turn on the electrical power. I go to the EFB. It looks normal. Then the screen goes blank and is entirely inoperable. I have tried different combinations, but the result is the same. Latest version of the aircraft is installed. Obviously I am missing something. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Can anything be done to the AOA/pitch at altitude for the A320ceo/A321neo? Asobo came out with a mod to their A320neo after you you introduced your products which greatly alleviated this problem. Thanks.

Another issue occurred to me this week at TJSJ. The westernmost taxiway, where it goes over the entrance road to the terminal, was about 5-6 feet higher than the surrounding taxiiways.

The westernmost taxiiway, where it goes over the entrance road to the airport, is about six feet above the rest of the airport. FYI. Thanks.
