Thank you for the reply. I believe you are correct; tried a takeoff at a different runway/airport and there were no issues.

Must have been a rendering defect in scenery that created a hole/obstacle on the runway.

Most recently the Delta IAE. This issue still hasn't been resolved; as soon as I enter the departer/arrival airports in INIT the phase reverts to DES mode.

Since this last update I have had consistent issues with the PERF flight phase changing from TAKE OFF to either DSC or APPR phase while taxing to runway for departure.
