A319 landing speed
Been back in the A319 recently and finding it really likes to float on landing and/or land hard and bounce. The performance calculator on the EFB always said 134kt approach speed but I felt like it was stalling around 50ft which made me think this might be too slow but none of it added up Today the ...

Re: How to import simbrief flight plan into FMC
Ok thanks for the response! any reason why it’s on all the other 320s but not the 319 yet? Thanks again. The A319 did not pass the tests when it was submitted. Then when we resubmit we had a delay, then we got another delay when they tested the wrong submission. But we just signed off on the submis...

Re: A319 Wing Stall
Normally yes but I do wonder if I have been a little bit early. Been playing about a bit more with it and changing the sensitivities on my hotas which seems to have helped. I had very low sensitivities which worked well for the A310 as it can be very twitchy but we’re perhaps not working quite so we...

A319 Wing Stall
I’ve been struggling with landing the A319 since the last update which said something about ground effect. Used to be able to land at 134kt when 60 tonne landing weight but now even at 140kt, a wing will always drop when around 50ft as if stalled. Not having this problem on the default A20N or the i...

A319 PERF page
When loading in at the gate at an airport, I enter in the from and to on the init page as well as cost index and altitude. I then align the IRS and go to the PERF page. I’m noticing that sometimes it is already on DES mode and so I can’t enter takeoff performance values. Not finding it all the time ...

A320 family windshield
It’s a bit of a minor one but any chance of easing off on the windshield marks on the A320 family? Fair enough the odd mark on it to add a little realism but the amount of dirt and the handprints of the person you hit while accelerating down the runway seem a bit much

Re: Missing engine sounds
Ah that’s a pity. Xbox series S has some real problems with no runway lights at your destination due to the RAM usage during cruise. They work if you fast forward from top of climb to top of descent but then no engine sounds

Re: Missing engine sounds
Thread revival. I just discovered this after using fast forward to try to remove the issues of no runway lights after a long cruise. Still an issue although on top of it, both engines also switched off and needing restarted after fast forwarding
