Hi Ricardo, Thank you for the reply. Yes, I contacted MSFS a few days ago and received a comprehensive reply. I followed the suggestions carefully but after clicking 'Buy & download / Buy' the Store 'Window' appears for a second then disappears. I'll double check the instructions again then contact ...

Hi LVFR,

I want to purchase your A318 but I'm having big problems fixing the MSFS Marketplace buy / download process.
