I've noticed a weird mesh/terrain issue all around the airport. On the hard surfaces everything is fine but off the runways and ramps the airplane falls to a lower lever below where the ground is supposed to be. I have mesh set to 2m and texture to 15cm with very dense on scenery setting.

I figured it out. For anyone who may see this behavior and not know why. I had the Autogen and Scenery Draw Distance slider set all the way left. When I set the Autogen and Scenery Draw Distance slider to High, the stutter disappears.
