Hmm, yes I'm fairly certain. 08 has a course of 078 not 090 so I'm not sure where that's coming from.

LVFR TJSJ (San Juan Intl.) conflicting with Navigraph (RESOLVED)

When LVFR’s TJSJ is installed, the ILS 10 approach course is incorrect. The course is listed (on the MFD) as 090 when the Navigraph chart says 101. This causes an impossible ILS to fly (the localizer leads you into some buildings).
