Here is the overpass going from RNWY 8 to RNWY 10, You'll see the 3 arrows on the area of concern which appears to be about 3 to 5 inch rise on the overpass in comparison to the taxiway,

The highway overpass between Runways 8 and 10 need to be dropped so that it is level with the Taxiway. After careful back tracking and research I find that the combination of ORBX and Black Marble is what officially cause the bottleneck with the FPS. By eliminating the ORBX from the "Terrain.cfg" and reinstating the Black Marble my FPS jumped up to 30+FPS.

Here's the latest: I did as you suggested and completely removed all of the Black Marble scenery and ran the simulator. It brought my FPS up to 34FPS on the ground.
