The exe file should have everything you need in order to install it. It should have installed to the folder you chose and then copy the files over.

Not sure if there is another developing this location, if there isn't, it could be something to keep in mind. Another possible scenery I had mentioned in the old forum a while back, Boqueron (TJBQ).

Make sure you have SODE installed. When the menu pops up, make sure it is registering P3D as well. It may only have FSX activated.

From the lack of response from the Dreamflight, it the project might be dead. There hasn't been any updates or response from them for a long time. Might be an airport to consider.
