Hi, any possibility you have DD's Miami City X installed? this happens often because it excludes our KMIA. let us know I do and it is "greyed out" in my scenery library so that it cannot be deselected or removed. I could open the scenery.cfg file and remove it manually unless you have an alternativ...

Good day! I tried the suggested technique of deleting all the generated files in P3Dv4. Since then I've been having to reinstall many of my add-on sceneries.
